On March 13, 2007, a
Memo of Understanding between the Hong Kong
Institute of Education and Po Chung was signed.
This marked an important milestone for securing
and supporting resources to successfully deliver
the General Education Foreign Speaker Initiative.

Fulbright Fellowship for the Hong Kong Institute
